- Under 4 hours - £8.70 per delegate
- Over 4 hours and up to 8 hours - £17.39 per delegate.
- For events with less than 20 people a standard room hire charge of £256.52 for half day applies or £430.33 for a full day applies.
Room hire includes the use of:
- OHP, screen, flipcharts, TV, video, slide projector, stationery, cordials, iced water and mints
- Room hire for over 4 hours also includes two refreshment breaks*
- Room hire for 4 hours and under includes one refreshment break*
- Additional refreshment breaks are charged at £1.96 per delegate.
- Refreshment breaks include tea, coffee, iced water and your choice of Danish pastries, muffins, scones or shortbread
