What to expect
Find out what it was like to be a 'hunter gatherer' in this Field Archery Course, where you make your way around a set course, shooting from mixed distances at smaller targets.
Our coaching sessions are safe and progressive, giving you the chance to learn and practice at each stage. Everyone can shoot, you just need to be shown how first!
Location
Our venue at the Auchrannie Resort sits in Glencloy, a majestic Scottish glen, giving a real feeling of adventure.
Suitability / Grading: Easy
This session is ideal for beginners and families or private groups who want to add a bit of competition. Due to the shooting distances, this activity is suitable for children aged 10 years upwards.
Time out for parents? Unaccompanied teenagers (13+) are welcome on this session.

- A sturdy pair or shoes, e.g. trainers
- Wind and waterproof jacket
- A bottle or water / juice & a snack

Where to check in
Please arrive at the Adventure Centre 10 minutes before the start of the activity. You will find us in the grounds of the Auchrannie House Hotel and Spa, at the rear of the swimming pool complex.
