What to expect
The only difficult abseil is the first one, when you’ve done that you’ll want to do it again and again and you can! You’ll have plenty of time to master the techniques of controlling your descent down the cliff.
Suitability / Grading
This session can be tailored to suit the ability of the group.
What's Included
- 3 hour Abseiling session with all equipment
and instruction.
- Group minibus transport as required between ferry
terminal or island accommodation on the day of
the activity session.
- Digital photography: a gallery of pictures from your
group's session will be available to download from
your account area of our website.
What to bring with you
- Loose comfortable clothing with warm layers that
you can adjust to weather conditions.
- Old trainers / climbing shoes.
- Waterproof jacket and trousers.
- Bottle of water / juice.
- Any personal medication.

NB: During the autumn winter period (October 2009-March 2010), we can accommodate smaller groups with a minimum group size of 7 (or the cost of 7).

How to make a booking
Send us an enquiry to check availability for your dates. A deposit of 40% of the total is due to confirm a booking, with the balance payable two weeks prior to the event.
