Mountain biking on the Isle of Arran has never been so good. The Arran Adventure Company, in collaboration with the Arran Bike Club and Forestry Commision Scotland, are constantly developing off-road routes, trails and single-track on the island.

We have a range of excellent mountain bikes for hire, including child bikes and baby carrier seats to attach to an adult bike.  Our fleet includes Trek Hardtail mountain bikes with a 100mm suspension fork and hydroformed aluminum frame keep it light and durable. 

For young families, there is an offroad route around Glencloy, so you don't need to worry about traffic.  For the more energetic, there are blue and red for the beginner and black trails for the more experieced riders.  There's bound to something for you!   

We also offer Blue and Black Mountain Bike Sessions, where you can learn some new skills or develop existing ones with an experienced Mountain Bike Leader.
