What to expect on this trip
This course is ideal for first time or novice paddlers to learn some new skills with plenty of time for one-to-one coaching. As the week progresses you will learn the techniques to navigate your kayak in sheltered coastal locations.
Suitability / Grading: Easy
This course is designed with the beginner in mind and no kayaking experience is necessary.

- Three nights accommodation in the Eden Lodge Hotel
(STB 2* Inn) in a twin/double room with full Scottish
breakfasts.
- One night "wild" camping with all meals.

sea kayaking instructor.

Additional Information
Kayaking is a water-based activity and there is the possibility of getting wet! All participants must be water-confident and wear a personal buoyancy aid that we supply whilst on the water. All sessions are determined by the weather and tidal conditions and the route is subject to change at short notice.

The number of places are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to allow plenty of time for one-to-one coaching.
